This modern Southern California house designed by Craig Schultz of Laidlaw Schultz Architects is an airy, resort like dwelling protected from the street with a mix use of wood, plaster, and stone walls. The walled city approach allows for private indoor/outdoor use of space with great lounge areas and a pool for summer (or round season) use.

The entry corridor with modern design finishes of metal, tile, stone, and wood.

The open kitchen, living, and dining area that flow to the outdoors and are linked together by the same stone flooring.

The kitchen appliances are all hidden behind concealed cabinets to create a sleek modern kitchen.

The master bedroom with a wall of sliding doors that leads out onto a balcony.

The outdoor oasis of a truly modern California home.
